Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) seeks an Assistant Service Advisor to support the Service Advisor in delivering outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, and coordinating service appointments at our Lebanon, TN location.

You will assist technicians by ensuring parts and resources are available, creating service orders, and maintaining accurate records while upholding company policies. This is a base-plus-commission role with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive or RV service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisor in managing inquiries, complaints, and appointments.
• Greet customers professionally and advise on repairs or services.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with adequate technician time and parts.
• Create service/work orders and enter vehicle and customer data accurately.
• Communicate with Technicians to ensure parts and tools are available.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate service records including parts and time spent.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies and reorder as needed.
• Keep the service desk, waiting area, and bays organized.
• Comply with policies and regulations governing automotive repair and service.
