National Indoor RV Centers is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor in Georgia. You will support the Service Advisor by handling customer inquiries, coordinating service appointments, and assisting technicians with parts and information.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and professional presentation to ensure smooth RV service operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling repairs, entering data into systems, and following up on service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service or RV service capacity.

• Familiarity with service software and databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisor in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service appointments.
• Greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, and advise on repairs or services.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians’ time and resources.
• Create service/work orders and enter vehicle and customer data accurately.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure parts, tools, and resources are available.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Maintain records of service, repairs, parts used, and time spent.
• Help manage inventory of parts and order new parts as needed.
• Keep the service desk, waiting area, and bays clean and organized.

Job description

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) Assistant Service Advisor is responsible for assisting the Service Advisor in providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and scheduling and coordinating service appointments. The Assistant Service Advisor also provides support to the Service Technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary parts and resources to complete repairs efficiently. NIRVC’s Assistant Service Advisor role is a base plus commission role. Average yearly earnings are between $60,000 and $75,000.

Work schedule

• Work schedule is 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisor in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service appointments
• Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner, listen to their concerns and advise them on necessary repairs or services
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring that the Service Technicians have adequate time and resources to complete repairs
• Assist with creating service orders and work orders, entering vehicle and customer information accurately into appropriate systems
• Communicate with Service Technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts, tools, and resources to complete repairs efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service and repairs, and address any concerns or issues
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of service and repairs, including customer information, parts used, and time spent on repairs
• Assist with managing inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring that necessary parts are available for repairs and ordering new parts as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the service desk, waiting area, and service bays
• Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations governing automotive repair and service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service or RV service capacity
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with service software and databases preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Professional presence and appearance

Working Conditions

• May be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time
