Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to support the Service Advisor in delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating inquiries, and scheduling service appointments at our Tennessee location.

This role provides back-office support to technicians, ensuring parts and resources are available, accurate records kept, and customers are kept informed throughout repairs. A base plus commission structure is noted.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service or RV service capacity.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional presence and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisor in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service appointments.
• Greet customers professionally and advise on repairs or services.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with technicians.
• Create service orders and enter vehicle and customer information accurately.
• Ensure parts and tools are available for repairs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service and repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and manage inventory of parts.
• Keep the service area and desks organized.
• Adhere to company policies and applicable regulations.
