Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while updating customers on progress.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and accurate price estimates for installations. This is a full-time position with a commission-based pay structure and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests for customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and timelines.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
