Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed of work progress.

This role emphasizes identifying customer needs, offering add-ons, and delivering timely estimates. The ideal candidate has at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle, strong computer and organizational skills,

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
