Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team and help initiate and process repair service requests while providing administrative support to the Service Department.

You will work with customers to determine needs, provide price estimates for installations, and keep customers informed on work progress.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with computer systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
