Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

In this role you will determine specialized product needs, suggest add-on sales to increase transactions, provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling, and maintain clear communications with customers about status.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Proficient computer use and internet searches.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills required.
• Able to follow department procedures and policies.
• Driver's license preferred; physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
