Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to increase average transactions, provide price estimates for installations, and keep customers updated on progress.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge is a plus.
• Able to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance; standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
