Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role focuses on initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed of work progress.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, suggesting add-ons, estimating installation prices, and communicating status updates. The position is commission-based and part of a full-service team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Prior RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
