Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers and suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.

You will provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments and keep customers apprised of work progress. The role emphasizes strong customer service, computer literacy, and the ability to follow procedures within a physically active environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
