Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers, suggest add-on sales, provide price estimates for installations, and keep customers informed about progress.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver''s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
