Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to raise average transactions, and provide price estimates for installations before scheduling.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV products or camping lifestyle experience.
• Proficient computer use and internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs and moving up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
