Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You'll Do: Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers; suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions; provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments; keep customers

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle is preferred.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities
