Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Advisor to initiate and process repair service requests and provide essential support to the Service Department. You will keep customers apprised of work progress and help identify specialized product needs directly with customers.

The role involves suggesting add-on sales and preparing price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments. The position emphasizes strong computer skills, reliable organization, and the ability to communicate effectively

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle.
• Excellent computer and internet search skills.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities
