Job summary

Camping World is seeking an RV Sales Support role to engage customers, identify their needs, and advise on add-ons and services. You will estimate installation costs and keep customers informed about progress throughout the service cycle.

The position offers commissions with a total annual compensation range of $50,000–$75,000+ and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k), EAP, roadside assistance, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid drivers license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
