Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

We offer a pay range of $50,000 - $75,000 or more, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for commissions based on performance. This full-time position emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and adherence to department procedures.

Qualifications

• One year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is beneficial.
• Proficient computer skills and internet search ability.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities
