Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service from receipt to release of vehicles.
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed.
• Translate customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Explain services performed and keep customers updated throughout their vehicle service.
• Maintain CSI by handling complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support internal teams and contribute to sales and service goals.
