Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The role focuses on initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

You will determine specialized product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to boost transactions, provide estimates before scheduling, and maintain ongoing communication about progress and status of repairs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
