Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

The role requires at least one year of service experience, comfort with RV products or camping lifestyle, strong organization and follow-up skills, and the ability to work with a computer and perform internet searches. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and status.
