Kunes Auto Group in Wisconsin is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to greet customers, assess service needs, and guide them through repairs and maintenance.

You will translate problems into work orders for Technicians, explain services, keep customers updated, and strive to maintain a high CSI while supporting internal teams. This full-time role offers growth and a collaborative environment at one location.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset aimed at satisfaction.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and databases.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn and support internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service from receipt to vehicle release.
• Assist customers in selecting servicing options and explaining needs.
• Translate customer problems into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Explain services performed and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Stay up to date on new products, features, and attend product training as required.
• Maintain a service follow-up system to support repeat and referral business and customer happiness.
• Ensure automotive work meets company quality standards.
• Support budgeting and marketing plans to promote new business.
• Maintain a high CSI rating by handling customer complaints promptly and appropriately.
• Customer transportation.
• Any other duties as assigned.
