Kunes Auto Group in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to service needs, and guide them through the repair process. You will translate vehicle issues into clear work orders and explain services as they are performed.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and accuracy. You will stay informed about new products, maintain a CSI-focused mindset, and support scheduling, follow-ups, and budgeting goals as part of a committed automotive team.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused professional with strong people skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer programs (word processing, databases).
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Basic math skills to prepare and process bills and payments.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Driven, eager to improve and able to support internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service from receipt to vehicle release.
• Assist customers in servicing and explaining needed work to technicians.
• Translate customer problems into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Explain services and keep customers informed throughout the service.
• Stay updated on products, features, and attend trainings.
• Maintain a service follow-up system to drive repeats and referrals.
• Ensure work meets company quality standards.
• Set goals and objectives including budgeting and marketing plans.
• Maintain a high CSI by handling complaints promptly.
• Customer transportation and any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from receipt to release of their vehicles
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed
• Understand customer: Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
• Explain service being performed and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
• Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required
• Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness
• Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
• Craft goals and objectives for yourself, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
• Customer transportation
• Any other duties as assigned
