Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers and suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.

Provide price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments and keep customers apprised of work progress. We value strong organization and follow-up, experience with RV products, and the ability to follow department procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities
