Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

The pay range is $50,000 - $75,000+ per year and this is a commission-based role. In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside

Formación

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Proficient with computer usage and internet research.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsabilidades

• Determine customer needs and services for repairs.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
