Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. in Coldwater, MI seeks a Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers through service visits, upsell accessories and upgrades, and build lasting RV lifestyle relationships.

This fast-paced, customer-facing role offers clear goals, a commission-based pay structure, and opportunities for advancement within our growing family-owned RV dealership. You’ll work Saturdays and collaborate with the service team while using CRM tools to track leads and appointments.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience in automotive, powersports, or outdoor gear is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion with a consultative approach.
• Commission- and performance-based pay motivates you.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on progress and new opportunities.
• Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the journey.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and outcomes.
• Support team members and participate in ongoing training.
