Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers through service visits and introduce accessories, upgrades, and packages for an enhanced RV lifestyle.

The role focuses on delivering a smooth service experience, identifying bundles, and converting visits into long-term relationships while achieving monthly targets through commission-based pay. Saturdays availability is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and a consultative selling approach.
• Motivated by commissions and performance-based pay.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and positive demeanor; well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on progress and opportunities.
• Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the journey.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads and appointments.
• Support team and participate in sales/service training.
