Job summary

Bish’s RV Great Falls is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers through service visits, upsell accessories, upgrades, and service packages, and drive repeat business. This is a fast-paced, commission-based role with a clear path to growth.

You will engage customers at check-in, quote prices, book appointments, and maintain ongoing communication using CRM tools. Previous retail or service sales experience is a plus; weekends may be required, and a professional demeanor is

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience, preferably in automotive, powersports, or outdoor gear.
• Strong communication and persuasion with a consultative approach.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend upgrades, accessories, and bundles.
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on progress and opportunities.
• Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the journey.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads and outcomes.
• Support team with training and collaboration.
