Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Advisor to guide customers through service visits and introduce accessories and upgrades for an enhanced RV lifestyle.

The role offers commission opportunities and a path to long-term career growth, with target earnings of $60,000–$80,000+ based on performance. Excellent customer interaction and teamwork are essential to excel in this fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience in automotive, powersports, or outdoor gear.
• Strong communication and persuasion with a consultative approach.
• Motivated by commissions and performance-based pay.
• Able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on progress and any new opportunities.
• Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the customer journey.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and service outcomes.
• Support team members and participate in ongoing sales and service training.
