Bish’s RV is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to guide customers through service visits, upsell accessories, upgrades and packages, and build long-term relationships. This role emphasizes fast-paced, customer-facing selling with clear commission opportunities and growth potential.

Target earnings range $60,000–$80,000+ based on performance, with comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities within a family-owned RV dealer.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasive, consultative selling skills.
• Motivated by commissions and performance-based pay.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins
• Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments
• Keep customers informed on unit progress and opportunities
• Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the customer journey
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and service outcomes
• Support team members and participate in ongoing sales and service training
