Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist in Oak Grove, KY. You will guide customers through service visits and present accessories, upgrades, and packages to enhance the RV lifestyle.

This fast-paced, customer-facing role offers commission opportunities and a path to long-term career growth. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, recommending relevant upgrades, quoting prices, booking appointments, and maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience preferred (auto, powersports, outdoor gear a plus).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative approach.
• Motivated by commission and performance-based pay.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance; team-oriented; able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins.
• Proactively recommend upgrades, add-ons, and accessories.
• Accurately quote prices and book service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on unit progress and new opportunities.
• Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the journey.
• Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and outcomes.
• Support team with training and ongoing selling initiatives.
