Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote a top-notch customer experience by selling new and used RVs, conducting effective demonstration rides, and walking customers through presentations.

You will close sales with F&I and Sales Management support, and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer. A valid license, bondability, and 2+ years in sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
