Successful candidates typically earn $50,000 to $150,000 annually, with a guaranteed base hourly rate, commissions, and potential year-end bonuses. This full-time role offers benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related field.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales by coordinating with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
