Camping World in the United States is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to drive sales of new and used RVs and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will conduct product demonstrations, close deals with the F&I and sales management teams, and follow up with customers using a respectful, no-pressure approach.

Base hourly pay plus flat-rate commissions is offered, with the option after 30 days to switch to a 100% commission-based plan.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ sales experience; RV, automotive, marine, powersports, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsabilidades

• Promote customer experience by selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
