Blue Compass RV is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process from first interaction to final delivery. You will guide customers through an exciting purchase while maximizing earnings through a commission-based structure.

The role emphasizes responsiveness to inbound leads, proactive outreach across phone, online, social media, and in-person channels, and a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty as you drive ongoing referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with commission-based pay structures.
