Blue Compass RV is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the end-to-end sales process—from first contact to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases, maximizing earnings in a performance-driven, commission-based structure.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based pay structure.
• Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Comfort using social media as a sales tool.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
