Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to own the full sales process from inquiry to final delivery, guiding customers through one of their biggest purchases. This role is commission-driven with uncapped earning potential and paid training.

You will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels to deliver a seamless buying experience, build rapport, present tailored solutions, and drive post-sale loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission environment.
• Experience engaging customers across multiple channels (phone, web, social).
• Ability to manage pipeline and document deals accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently.
