Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to own the full sales process—from inquiry to delivery—on a commission-based structure. You will guide customers through a thrilling RV purchase, maximizing earnings while delivering exceptional service across online, phone, and in-person channels.

The role emphasizes rapid inbound response, pipeline management via CRM, and building long-term customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Driven to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Willingness to work weekends.
