Blue Compass RV is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process from first contact to delivery. The role offers a commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential and paid training for four weeks.

You will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, driving a seamless, high-energy buying experience while building rapport and guiding product selection.

Qualifications

• Commission-based selling experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups with CRM.
