Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to own the sales process from first contact to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while earning commissions with uncapped potential.

You will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, manage your pipeline, and build lasting relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Driven to meet targets in a commission-based environment.
• Experience with commission-based pay structures.
• Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Comfort using social media as a sales and branding tool.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to work weekends.
