Blue Compass RV is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process from first contact to final delivery across our nationwide network. This commission-driven role rewards performance and customer satisfaction.

You'll engage via online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, build product knowledge, manage your CRM and guide buyers through selections. Paid training for four weeks and uncapped earning potential are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Ability to work with CRM tools and track leads.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently.
• Generate new business through phone outreach and social media engagement.
• Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM tools.
• Build rapport and guide customers through product selection and purchasing decisions.
