Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money! Your drive determines your paycheck.

Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify! Starting out, you’ll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales in relevant industries preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
