Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business in DeForest, Wisconsin. You will promote top-quality customer experiences while selling new and used RVs, leading demonstrations and close sales with the support of F&I and management.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to secure a sales license where required. We offer a base hourly rate plus commissions with a transparent path to higher earnings and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
