Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business in Oshkosh, WI. You will promote a high-quality customer experience, conduct demonstration rides, and work with F&I and Sales Management to close sales.

Compensation features a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions with options for 100% commission. Total annual compensation is commonly in the $50,000 to $150,000 range, plus benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
