Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and help customers find the right RVs. You will lead demonstrations, build rapport, and work with the F&I and sales teams to close deals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience, be bondable, hold a valid driver's license, and be comfortable with basic computer systems. This full-time role offers a base hourly rate plus commissions, with earnings potential from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, etc.) preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs for customers.
• Close sales with collaboration from the F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
