Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business in Bowling Green, KY. You will promote a top-notch customer experience by selling new and used RVs and conducting effective demonstration rides.

We offer a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with a potential to reach $150,000 total annually. After 30 days you may choose to stay on hourly plus flat commission or move to 100% commission.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
