Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!

Your drive determines your paycheck with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, transitioning to commission-based pay after 30 days. Total annual compensation is projected at $50,000–$150,000 for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related fields.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to close sales.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.
