Job summary

Camping World seeks a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will sell new and used RVs, conduct demonstrations, and present features to customers while collaborating with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.

Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, then offering a choice to stay on base plus commission or switch to a 100% commission plan. Expect earnings from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually with incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
