Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking an RV Sales Associate in the Myrtle Beach area to drive top-quality customer experiences, demonstrate RV features, and close sales with support from the F&I and Sales Management teams.

The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with optional transition to 100% commission-based plans after 30 days, aiming for total annual earnings between $50,000 and $150,000 or more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or similar) preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
