Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking an RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with potential to move to 100% commission after 30 days.

Total annual compensation ranges from about $50,000 to $150,000 or more, depending on sales performance. The position requires strong sales drive, a high-energy, customer-focused attitude, and ability to close deals with F&I and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related).
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
