Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs.

Your drive determines your paycheck, with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions and an annual total compensation range of $50,000 to $150,000 for eligible team members. After 30 days, you can choose to stay on your current plan or switch to a 100% commission-based plan, with actual dates aligned to payroll cycles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
