Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll promote a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs.

Expect to learn with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, and after 30 days you’ll choose a plan that best fits your earning potential. The role emphasizes lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing sales with the support of F&I and Sales Management teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred across RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
